The restaurant's grand architecture honors the University, and inspired by this, our restaurant offers sophisticated flavors and fresh takes on traditional foods.
Chef Kyle Barham
With experience at some of the best kitchens in Texas, Chef de Cuisine Kyle Barham leads the Carillon team with expertise and skill. His menu is inspired by Texas ingredients and the wide variety of cuisines in Texas. Our restaurant has an exhibition-style kitchen, so you'll be able to see Chef and his team in action.
Frequently Asked Questions
We are open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, 5 - 10 pm. Happy hour is 5 - 6:30 pm.
We also serve breakfast daily and lunch Monday through Friday.
Reservations are recommended. If your party has eight or more guests, please see our private dining section.
Our chefs can accommodate most allergies and restrictions, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets. Advanced notice is recommended and your server can help guide you through our menu.
We are located at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center on the University of Texas at Austin Campus. When parking in the Conference Center Garage, take the elevator on the hotel side to the lower lobby (Level LL) or pull into the front drive for valet.
Parking is available in the attached Conference Center Garage, and valet is also available on the front drive. Please bring your parking ticket as we will validate parking for happy hour and dinner guests. The restaurant is located on the hotel side, level LL.
